Travel (Competitive) >> U9 to U19
The Travel Competitive program serves as the highest level of play for ages U-9 to U-19. Teams participating in the Travel Program typically train 2-3 times a week and play 8-10 games a season against other local club travel teams. Travel teams also participate in 2 to 4 tournaments a season.
Advanced >> U9 to U19
The Advanced Program is a level between Recreation and Travel. Advanced teams typically practice once or twice a week with a game on Saturday for 8 to 10 weeks. Games are played locally in Hampton Roads.
Academy >> U7 & U8
The Academy Program is for players who have played a year or two of soccer and are preparing for the Advanced and Travel levels. This program is run by a professional staff which seeks to develop youth according to US Youth Soccer's Developmental initiatives in order to prepare for the next level.
First Start >> U4, U5, U6
The First Start Program is a FUNdamental program for players who are entering their first, second, or third year of soccer. This program is very elementary in introducing the basics of soccer through fun activities and beginner drills.
